This is an Eco-challenge Walk up the Lubombo Mountains on the Maputaland Biodiversity Hotspot to help bring back nature walks and appreciation of the biodiversity hotspot.
It serves to also draw attention to the beauty of the Lubombo Landscape on which the Lubombo TFCA is set.

The annual  Fish River canyon clean up will be taking place from 14- 19 September 2015

 The GLTP Trans-Limpopo walking trail is a wilderness trail between South Africa and Zimbabwe . The trail will be operated from the Makuleke Area (KNP) into the Sengwe Area (Zimbabwe). This walking tail will be linked to a one day Shangane cultual event in the Sengwe Area on 10 October 2015.

Heroes of responsible tourism in Africa will be honoured at the 2015 African Responsible Tourism Awards. This inaugural event forms part of the prestigious World Responsible Tourism Awards, the world’s most respected responsible tourism awards. Winners of the African awards will automatically be entered into the global awards. 

Oranjemund Private School’s prefects (from the Primary School’s section) had the privilege to visit the Ai-Ais Richtersveld Transfrontier Park from Friday 16 - Sunday 18 January 2015.

 The main aim of this camp was to allow the prefects an opportunity to get to know themselves and their friends a little better to be able to select the Head Boy and Girl, as well as the two Deputies.
