Output 1 aims to strengthen the strategic planning framework for mainstreaming climate change into transboundary natural resource management. The impact hypothesis is that through the development of two SADC strategic documents in the field of sustainable NRM, which incorporate climate change systematically, learning experiences from TFCA implementation and (climate) finance options, climate change is systematically mainstreamed in transboundary NRM in the SADC region (module objective).
