The Ngamiland Council of NGOs is a dynamic consortium comprised of approximately 50 Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) primarily located within the boundaries of the Kavango-Zambezi Transfrontier Conservation Area (KAZA). This organization is dedicated to advocating for the rights of local communities over their natural resources. In addition to its advocacy work, the Council also plays a crucial role in connecting these communities with relevant stakeholders and fostering relationships with similar organizations around the globe, particularly in southern Africa. Through its affiliation with an extensive network of community leaders in the region, the Ngamiland Council of NGOs aims to empower communities and enhance their engagement in conservation and resource management efforts.
