This video was filmed during the Mhlumeni-Goba forum meeting in February 2015. The cross-border forum is an essential local governance structure which helps to promote and implement the Mhlumeni-Goba Community Tourism and Conservation Initiative. The Mhlumeni-Goba CTCI is part of the bigger Eco Lumbombo Trails Programme.
