APAC provides an excellent platform for SADC to raise regional and global awareness of best practice in the management of TFCAs, as well as seeking
solutions to the challenges and constraints. These include the need for financing mechanisms such as the SADC TFCA Facility to become sustainable,
requiring further resource mobilisation linked to other similar mechanisms, as well as a number of policy bottlenecks that constrain the ability of SADC to
unlock the full potential of its wildlife economies. The objectives of the SADC pavilion are therefore to:

- Showcase SADC TFCA implementation across the region as a great chain for regional integration and development through its connected ecosystems;
- Catalysing partnerships and attracting donors to promote sustainable financing for SADC TFCAs;
- Seeking solutions for challenges of managing Protected Areas in current context (e.g community livelihoods and wildlife economies).
